It also supplies gas turbines for onsite and behind-the-meter generation, HVDC and STATCOM equipment for grid interconnection, and large heat pumps used in data center heat-reuse and district-heating projects. It was spun off from Siemens in 2020 and includes the Siemens Gamesa wind business.
