Stargate UAE
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates · under construction · operated for OpenAI, Oracle, G42 (Khazna)
A US-UAE government-backed AI campus outside Abu Dhabi, built by G42 and operated by OpenAI and Oracle — the first Stargate-branded buildout outside the United States, and the catalog's only Middle East facility. The first 200 MW cluster is due in 2026; the full campus is planned at multi-gigawatt scale.

The generic bill of materials
Whatever the vendor list, a facility like this contains the same part categories:rack-scale systems, direct-to-chip cold plates, coolant distribution units, large power transformers (345–765 kV) & substations, UPS (static, modular, rotary/DRUPS) & UPS power semis, backup generation: gensets, fuel systems, HVO, chillers & compressors — the full set is in the scales matrix.
