Who makes tray and supports for AI data centers

Tray and support hardware is what holds the low-voltage cable plant up. Ladder rack, basket tray, cable runway, and the strut, hangers and seismic bracing that fix them to the structure — routing power and data cable overhead or under floor along paths that were designed before the cable existed. It looks like a commodity and behaves like a schedule item. Tray goes in early, before most equipment, and it has to be sized for a cable fill that includes growth nobody has specified yet; a run that is full on day one means the next circuit gets an improvised route, and improvised routes are how a hall becomes unmaintainable. Separation between power and data paths, bonding and grounding of metallic tray, and fire-stopping at every penetration are all part of the same install rather than afterthoughts. AI halls have made this heavier. Rack power has risen sharply, which means larger conductors and busway rather than more small cables, and the overhead structure now often carries cooling manifolds and hose as well as electrical. What to look for is fill capacity relative to the design load, load rating where tray shares support steel with mechanical services, and whether the site uses tray or overhead busway for rack feeds — that choice changes both this part and how quickly a row can be re-provisioned later.
