This category spans developers racing to commercialize small modular and advanced reactor designs, the specialist manufacturers who would supply reactor-grade components, and the fuel and enrichment chain (including uranium mining) that feeds any reactor, new or existing. None of these designs have been built and licensed at commercial scale for a data center yet, which separates this category from the existing-fleet PPAs in Layer 8.04 — this is a bet on future supply rather than a claim on current output.
