Who makes valves and actuators for AI data centers

Valves are how a water loop is controlled and how it is taken apart safely. Control valves modulate flow to coils and heat exchangers so the plant delivers what the load needs; isolation valves let a section be shut, drained and worked on while the rest of the site keeps running. The actuators are the motors and positioners that let the building management system operate them. The isolation function is the one that decides how maintainable a site is, and it is designed in at construction or not at all. A loop with generous isolation can have a CDU or a coil replaced during normal operation; a loop that skimped on valves requires draining a much larger section, which on a live AI hall is not a maintenance window anyone wants to schedule. This is a cost decision made early that constrains operations for the life of the building. On the control side, the pairing with the sensors and controllers elsewhere in this layer is what makes the plant efficient — a valve that cannot hold a stable position makes the whole control loop hunt. What to look for is actuator type and failure position, since what a valve does on loss of power or signal is a safety and continuity decision, and whether the supplier provides valve and actuator together, which is how most of this is bought.
